PROBLEM:

Disperse 10% by weight lime in water.  Continue dispersing as hot fatty acid is slowly added to create smooth emulsion.

RESULTS:

Recirculates at 50-12 gpm depending upon the viscosity which changes from 200 to 5,000 cps. agitated vessel.

AB MIXER:

Model 6 x 3, toothed impeller/liner, 20 HP, 1800 RPM, 1/8" grid.  Recirculating to 5,000 gallon agitated vessel.
