Model D-6000 Dispershear wets out over 5% solids guar into hot (180 deg. F) water automatically on a continuous cycling basis. Unit is installed above meat slurry mixing tank with automatic powder feed to Dispershear hopper to eliminate operator addition - totally automatic system. |
