OBJECT: | Disperse fine pigment colors: Red, blue, and black into finished grease at room temperature for color differentiation between different grades of grease in 55 gallon drums. | PROBLEM: | Drums of grease are difficult to impossible to mix thoroughly because grease does not flow off single impeller. | RESULTS: | Excellent and complete mixing top to bottom of the drum through planetary action of dual helical/spiral mixing tools. | AB MIXER: | Model DH-201 Double Helixx mixer. | EQUIPMENT REPLACED | Single shaft stirrer. |
