COUGH MEDICINE

Starch, sugar, water, encapsulted spheres.

PROBLEM:

Deagglomerate and disperse in 1,000 gallons of cough medicine without damaging the active particles.

RESULTS:

Recirculated during addition of ingredients, heating and cooling.  Product 100-200 cps.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid.  In recirculation loop to 1,000 gallon jacketed mixing tank.

Model 6 x 3 toothed impeller/liner, 30 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid.  In recirculation loop to 4,000 gallon jacketed mixing tank.
