A new Model CJ-20-2 Reversible Homogenizer was installed and ran on a 50 gallon batch in a transparent mixing vessel.  The unique up-mode and down-mode capabilities were demonstrated.  This small production/pilot plant unit is equipped with all stainless steel parts including a stainless steel washdown motor for ease of cleaning and maintenance.  ARDE Barinco technical personnel and local area representatives were available to discuss a wide variety of processed food mixing, grinding and emulsification applications.
