Dicon allowed to recirculate premixed product. Viscosity rose to 10,000 cps. in minutes. Positive displacement pump used for high viscosity semi-emulsified product. Procedure continued for 1 hour. 50,000-70,000 cps. product produced. |

Model 3 x 1.5, toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 4,200 to 1,100 RPM, 1/16" grid. Located beneath 75 gallon tank. Positive displacement pump to supply Dicon when viscosity is above 10,000 cps. |
