The new laboratory Model CJ-4E Reversible Homogenizer with Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled motor and air deflection device was demonstrated for the technical research and development personnel.  The Model D-1000 Dispershear was also available for the dispersion of stabilizer powders such as Xanthan Gum, pre-gellatinized starches, Guar Gum, CMC, and many other food approved stabilizer thickeners.  Attendees were encouraged to bring a sample of their own difficult to disperse powders for a quick demonstration right at the show booth.  Top technical personnel from the home office were available to discuss food process mixing, grinding and emulsification applications.
