Provide fine dispersion in 500 gallon pressured reactor. |

RESULT: |
Mixer is started in down-mode in solvent and Carbon Black fed down through special induction tube. After Carbon Black addition, mixer is run in up-mode to complete dispersion. |

AB MIXER: |
Reactor: 54" dia. x 54" straight side and dished bottom. 16" of Nitrogen pressure. Mixer: C-3-2 with 5-3/4" rotor and 15 HP explosion proof motor. Flange plate on mixer contains static seals for support rods and baffle rods. Mechanical seal on mixer shaft. |
