ARDE Barinco, Inc., an American manufacturer and distributor of high shear mixing, dispersion, and emulsification equipment is proud to announce the availability of the Model CJ-75-3 Reversible Homogenizing mixer. This new Reversible Homogenizer is built to the stringent sanitary standards required by the food, pharmaceutical and personnel care products manufacturing industries. All product contact parts are Type 316 S/S. The only non-316 part of the mixer is the electric motor. The motor supplied is a wash down duty motor that is highly resistant to corrosion and wet processing conditions. For even more stringent standards, a stainless steel motor can be supplied for 100% corrosion resistant capabilities. The Reversible Homogenizer is utilized to draw in and wet out powdered solids such as mineral supplements and difficult to disperse stabilizer such as Xanthan Gum. After incorporation of the solid powders, the homogenizer is reversed to the up-mode to provide a high velocity recirculating flow through the high shear rotor/stator mixing head. Extremely fine particle size distributions and complete mixing of each individual dosage form is effected by the Reversible Homogenizer. The Reversible Homogenizer is extremely adept at preparing the liquid dispersions and emulsions that are utilized in gelatin capsule dosage forms.
