MATERIAL:
Hydro Carbon Resin chunks, very friable.
PROBLEM:
Grind chunks to speed dissolution in solvent.
RESULTS:
¾” chunk reduced to 100% minus 1/8” in one pass. Most particles much smaller.
AB MIXER:
Model 6 x 3 Dicon, toothed impeller/liner, 10 HP, 1800 RPM, 3/8” grid.
BENEFIT:
 
Smaller particles shortened dissolving time.
