OBJECT:

Disperse Xanthan Gum into large batch of pina colada based bottle beverage. 

PROBLEM:

Xanthan Gum is extremely difficult to disperse at the high 2% concentration required to thicken up this coconut flavored product.

SOLUTION:

Model D-6000 ARDE Dispershear able to disperse Xanthan Gum at 15 pounds per minute completely without allowing any lumps or agglomerations to form.
