Hegman grind of 5 with specks to 2. Clean 6 desired. Remove specks and restore clean 6 Hegman. |

Recirculated at 15 gpm. Clean 6 Hegman restored with 10 passes. |

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid. Recirculating to tank. |
| BENEFITS: |
200 gallon batches reground in 2 hours instead of 4-5 hours in sand mill. Cleaning, labor and maintenance costs of Dicon noticeably lower when compared to sand mill regrinding opearation. Dicon saves 18 cents per gallon. |
