Dissolve Kraton Rubber Mfg. by Shell into resin. 50% resin, 50% rubber by wgt. Reduce 6 hour production time. |

PROBLEM: |
Provide smooth dispersion of Kraton Rubber which looks like popcorn. |

RESULT: |
Heated resin to 300 deg. F and placed mixer in same to heat mixer. Ran mixer in down-mode and added rubber. Then ran up-mode for 45 mins. and achieved smooth dispersion. |
