Disperse fine powders without creating lumps or "fish eyes" and reduce time. |

RESULT: |
Starch: Operated mixer in down-mode for 2 minutes. Excellent results with CJ-4B mixer in 15 gallon can.
Flour: Mixer in water, run in down-mode. Then up-mode for 5 minutes. Also, CJ-4B mixer in 15 gallon can, excellent results.
Mushroom Sauce: Same as above. |
