Existing high shear rotor/stator mixer has trouble pumping this mixture and lumps occur which require excessive high shear to remove. |

SOLUTION: |
Model D-6000 Dispershear operated at 20 gpm and used to pump up into 1,000 gallon mixing tanks. A check valve is installed down stream of the Dispershear. |
