MATERIAL:  Reduce lumps from Titanium Dioxide manufacturing reaction prior to drying. 

PROBLEM:   Lumps holding water are caught on rotary vacuum filters - trapping excess water.

RESULTS:    Grind with ARDE Dicon slurry grinding pump.

AB MIXER:    Model 6 x 3 HD Dicon with abrasion resistant parts for 75-200 gpm.         

                Model 10 x 6 MEGAGRINDER for 200-500 gpm.
                                                        

BENEFITS:   Energy savings in spray dryer had 10 month payback.
