Description 

MATERIAL:

Chunks of toner resin in solvent for photocopier.

PROBLEM:

Grind toner resin chunks and dissolve in solvent.

RESULTS:

 Resin easily ground.  Dissolved completely as recirculated.

AB MIXER:

Model 6 x 3, toothed impeller/liner, 30 HP, 3600 RPM, 3/16" grid.  Mounted underneath tank.

EQUIPMENT
REPLACED:

 Sawblade-type disperser.
BENEFITS Elimates need to dry grind resin chunks.  Reduced dissolution time.
