OBJECT:	Disperse 84 pounds of Xanthan Gum into 1,000 gallons of hot sauce.
PROBLEM:	Existing 1,000 gallon mixinmg tanks can adequately mix hot sauce, but not thickened wing sauce - - can't disperse power without forming lumps.
RESULT:	Xanthan gum dispersed into 20 gpm at 10 lbs. per minute done in 9 minutes.
