Wetted parts Type 316 S/S chamber tools system with rotor ring and stator ring intermeshing. Outer rotor with 1.5 mm. dia. chamber/outer stator with 1.5 mm chambers propagate 150 psig. pressurization/cavitational sequences over 500 thousand times per second.
1-1/2" 150# flange inlet and 1-1/2" flange outlet.
Double mechanical seal with viton o-rings on shaft for operation to 150 psig at 280 deg. F.
Ball bearing mounted shaft, 2 angular, 1 cylindrical in cast iron bearing housing oil lubricated.
Belt driven at 7200 RPM by 40 HP, 3600 RPM motor. For use on 3/60/230 or 460 volt service. Starter omitted. 304 S/S base.

with explosion proof electricals. Includes recirculation pump,
heat exchanger, reservoir, pressure gauges, back pressure valve, pressure

Additional for installed double mechanical seal cooling and pressurization
system including recirculation pump, heat exchanger, reservoir,
back pressure gauge, back pressure valve, pressure switch and flow switch.
Unit is installed on portable push dolly with 1025 Cavitron and 40 HP
motor starter (specify voltage). All necessary interconnecting
hydraulic tubing between seal system and seal is installed. Wiring
between motor starter, flow switch, pressure switch and Cavitron is provided
