OBJECT:	Acacia Gum emulsion - oil into 50% acacia/50% water. Also called Gum Arabic.
PROBLEM:	Provide smooth emulsion.
RESULT:	Placed Acacia Gum in mixing vessel and added slight amount of water to lubricate mixing head bearing. Ran mixer in down-mode, adding to Acacia, then added water. Ran mixer in up-mode 5 minutes. Smooth emulsion.
