Salt-like acid crystal (0.5% minus 10 mesh, 8.5% 10-100 mesh, 15% minus 100 mesh) reacted with caustic soda and elastomers.  Product is 1,000 cps and 15% by weight solids.

PROBLEM:

Disperse and prevent re-agglomerated of acid crystals during chemical reaction.

Model 3 x 1.5, toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/16" grid.  Recirculating to a 2,000 gallon reactor.  Centrifugal pump on discharge side of Dicon.
