Description 

OBJECT:

Dissolve virgin natural rubber in hot (450 deg. F) asphalt to make a waterproof coating.

PROBLEM:

Rubber pieces approximately 1/4" in diameter agglomerate and take over 24 hours to dissolve.

RESULT:

 Excellent product produced with 8 hours shorter mixing time = 33% reduction giving substantial energy and labor savings.
