Description 

OBJECT:

A)  Carbon Black dispersion into water, carbon 40%, water 60%.
B)  Carbon Black dispersion into water, carbon 52%, water 48%. 

PROBLEM:

 Provide excellent dispersion of Carbon Black via pre-wetting and pre-dispersion.

RESULT:

 In both cases, mixer was placed in water and surfactant and colloid added into the down-mode vortex.  The Carbon Black was added.  Next, mixer was run in up-mode for 10 mins.  Excellent dispersion obtained.

CJ-4B for lab demonstration.  Lab mixer used for color dispersion evaluation for production purposes.
