PROBLEM:

Need excellent dispersion. With current mixers, Carbon Black floats on liquid surface and "floats" through the air. Reduce 8 hours process time to 40 minutes. |

RESULT:
|
Placed mixer in water and started down-mode vortex. Fed wetting agents and Carbon Black into vortex and prewetted for 20 minutes. Then, reversed mixer to up-mode for another 20 minutes to achieve required dispersion. |
