PROBLEM: |
Eductor system supplied to wet out gum plugs up constantly. Mixing is not complete and lumps exit the eductor. These lumps end up being strained out of the product prior to printing and, hence, the viscosity of the gum base is too low. |

SOLUTIONS: |
Model D-6000 Dispershear installed on floor below 1,000 gallon gum mixing tank. Dispershear provides all pumping required to fill tank. Check valve is installed down stream of Dispershear. |
