MATERIAL:

Suspension of ground cinnamon in vegetable oil.

PROBLEM:

Smooth dispersion required.

RESULTS:

 All lumps removed - Excellent dispersion.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid.  Recirculating to 350 gallon tanks with propeller mixers.

BENEFITS Lumps eliminated, clogging of strainers stopped.
