OBJECT:	Disperse CMC gum @ 1.6% wgt. into water. Can handle up to 3%.
PROBLEM:	Disperse CMC quickly without forming "fish eyes".
RESULT:	Placed mixer into water and operated in down-mode. Added CMC to downward vortex and premixed for two minutes. Then, switched to up-mode for 10 minutes. Result: Good thick solution without "fish eyes".
