Description 

MATERIAL:

Concrete curing compound.  Emulsion/dispersion of clay, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, liquid resin, solvent, water and emulsifier.

PROBLEM:

Emulsion and dispersion not stable.

RESULTS:

 Recirculated at 15 gpm for 15 minutes.  Product was homogeneous and stable for 15 days.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/16" grid.  Recirculating to tank.

BENEFITS The Dicon provided additional stability.
