OBJECT:	Aluminum Oxide Coating, CRT Tube Coating, Aluminum Oxide in alcohol with unknown additives.
PROBLEM:	Provide improved dispersion to eliminate or minimize settling. Reduce production time.
RESULT:	Placed mixer in water and created down-mode vortex. Fed additives and aluminum oxide into vortex for 35 minutes. Then operated mixer in up-mode 20 minutes. Significantly improved settling characteristics.
AB MIXER:	CJ-4B, C-1 mixer with 5 HP motor for 30 gallon batch in drum.
EQUIPMENT REPLACED:	Ball Mill
