Obtain uniform mixture of oil, resin and rubber. |

SOLUTIONS: |
Melted resin until homogenous (starts 250 deg - completed at 300 deg.). Placed mixer in melted resin until mixer heated to resin temperature. Started mixer in down mode - added oil into vortex and premix 2 min. Added Kraton rubber (looks like popcorn) which melted rapidly. Then ran mixer in up-mode 10 mins. |
