PROBLEM: |
Black, gelatinous shading paste must be mixed into a thin solution. Was never properly mixed, thus was extremely difficult to filter. Required excessive color adds due to poor dispersion. Original method required 45 minutes with a sawtooth blade mixer. |

RESULT: |
A Model C-2 mixer was employed. It required only five minutes in the down-mode only with a success rate of 100% and eliminated the need for filtration. |
