RESULTS: | Force feed rubber with progressive cavity pump into eye of 6 x 3 Dicon impeller as hot oil is recirculated through Dicon and gear pump in series. |
AB MIXER: | Model 6 x 3 Dicon 30 HP, 1800 RPM. |
BENEFIT: EQUIPMENT REPLACED | Large rubber lumps are never allowed to pass into mix tank. Complete dissolution occurs in one hour. High speed disperser. |
