PROBLEM:
Separate mica platelets. Grind to 100% minus 1/8". Minimize minus 100 mesh.
RESULTS:
Premixed slurry fed to 6 x 3 Dicon which opens platelets. Slurry then ground by 3 x 1.5 Dicon.
AB MIXER:
Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid.
