The Minnesota Institute of Food Technologists held a Suppliers' Night on Thursday, October 26, 2006, in Minneapolis, MN, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. ARDE Barinco had three operating mixers at their table top display. The Model CJ-4E Reversible Homogenizing mixer with Powder Induction Device was installed and operating for "hands on" demonstrations. An additional standard Model CJ-4E with air deflection system and new totally enclosed fan cooled motor was operating. The third mixer was a Model DH-050 Double Helixx mixer that was stirring and actively agitating in 1 million cps. gel. ARDE Barinco local technically trained representatives along with home office personnel were available to discuss food industry applications.
