STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
ARDE Barinco, Inc., a Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne Company located in Carlstadt, NJ, is proud to announce the availability of an enhanced design Model D-6000 ARDE Dispershear. This mixing machine is designed to disperse difficult powders that agglomerate and cause sticky lumps into liquids such as water, solvents and the Model D-6000 Dispershear is particularly adept at the dispersion of thickeners and stabilizers such as Xanthan Gum, CMC, carbomers, pre-gelatinized starches and alginates. The Dispershear fully disperses the powder into the liquid before any lumps or agglomerations can form.
This new D-6000 utilized stainless steel motors and drives throughout for ease of cleaning and the lowest maintenance costs. The D-6000 has all Type 316 S/S contact parts. In addition, there is a NEMA 4X control box in a full stainless steel enclosure. The control box controls the three separate motors including the 5 HP mixer motor, 1/3 HP direct current variable speed powder feeder and an electric hopper vibrator.
