Phenoxy resin.  1/16" long x 1/32" diameter pellets.

PROBLEM:

Dissolve 25% by weight resin in cellusolve acetate.

RESULTS:

Recirculates initial slurry at 60 gpm.  Pellets easily ground in first pass.  As recycling continues, resin dissolves causing viscosity to increase to 2,500 cps.

AB MIXER:

Model 6 x 3  toothed impeller/liner, 10 HP, 1800 RPM, 1/4" grid.  Recirculating to agitated tank.
