Description 

OBJECT:

Pigment color dispersed into polyester resin for fabrication of fiberglass polyester reinforced pipe.  Viscosity 1,000 to 1,500 cps.

PROBLEM:

 Provide excellent dispersion of filler and color.

RESULT:

 Placed mixer into 1/2 gallon of resin.  Ran mixer in down-mode.  Added calcium carbonate filler and color into down-mode vortex.  Then ran mixer in up-mode for two minutes.  Result:  Excellent dispersion.

AB MIXER:

CJ-4B mixer in a one gallon can.  Production mixer for 750 gallon tank.
