PROBLEM: |
Plastisol pre-gelled from heat required at molds in a slush molding operation. Previoulsy, this material was discarded. |

RESULT: |
Pre-gelled plastisol is allowed to "soak" with an equal amount of plasticizer. Mixer is placed into material and run in down-mode to "wash" bottom and sides of vessel. Then, run in up-mode for 15 minutes. Result: Excellent dispersion! |
