Description 

MATERIAL:

Polyurethane flakes, 1/2" x 1/4" x 1/8".

PROBLEM:

Grind flakes to shorten dissolving time.  Produces clear liquid resin for magnetic coating.

RESULTS:

 Flakes easily ground and dispered in solvent.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid.  Recirculating to mix tank.

EQUIPMENT
REPLACED:		 Sawblade type disperser.
BENEFITS Dissolving time reduced 50%.  Finished liquid resin clear.  All specks eliminated.
