PROBLEM: |
Produce a complete dispersion and insure no undispersed thickener sticks to sides of drum. Mix color into thickener in down-mode. Reverse mixer to insure complete dispersion. Reverse flow, if printing paste is thick, to insure paste does not stick to drum. |

RESULT: |
Fine dispersion in minutes. |

Use T-1 for 5-30 gallon drums. T-2 for 55 gallon drums and T-3 for 100-350 gallon tanks. |
