Description 

MATERIAL:

Scrap candy.  Hard sugar coated pieces with peanut centers.  6,000 cps with specific gravity 1.13 at 100 deg. F.

PROBLEM:

Slurry grind scrap.  Produce smooth liquid candy.

RESULTS:

 Recirculated for one minute.  Candy slurry was smooth and lump free.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 3/16" grid.  Recirculating to mixing tank.

BENEFITS Expensive candy scrap can be reused.
