Description 

MATERIAL:

Nitrile rubber, 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/8".

PROBLEM:

Grind to small particles to expose maximum surface area.    

RESULT:

 Slurried in water.  Ground to 100% 1/4" in one pass.  After several minutes of  recirculation, pieces were minus 1/8".

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5, toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/4" grid.  Recirculating to mixing tank.  

BENEFITS Smaller pieces have increased surface area.
