Even though this is only a small amount of gum, the slow moving mixer in the 150 gallon kettle have difficulty dispensing the gums without allowing sticky forms to form. |

Model D-800 Dispershear installed above process vessel to disperse downward. Only a small portion of the liquids in the entire batch are pumped through the Dispershear. All powders are conveyed through the Dispershear. |
