Poly Butadiene rubber dissolved in Styrene.

PROBLEM:

Dissolve pieces (max. size 3/4") of Poly Butadiene in Styrene Monomer to make 20,000 gallons of Poly Styrene. 

RESULTS:

Recirculated mix through Dicon at 400 gpm.

AB MIXER:

Model 6 x 3, toothed impeller/liner, 10 HP, 1800 RPM, 3/8" grid.  Gear pump feeding Dicon from agitated reactor.
