OBJECT:

Jellies:  Provide dispersion of Avicel (microcrystalline cellulose powder) into mixture of corn syrup (144,000 SSU) - add water.  144,000 SSU = approx. 31,000 cps.

PROBLEM:

 Provide excellent dispersion of Avicel without "fish eyes".  

RESULT:

 Start mixer in water in down-mode and add corn syrup.  Allow time to premix.  then, add Avicel to vortex for immediate and predispersion.  Total time required for 100 gallon batch, 45 minutes.

AB MIXER:

SOLD - C-3-1 mixer, 45" immersion, 20 HP.  Used in 100 gallon kettles.
