PROBLEM:
Suspension of poly styrene beads in water. Had agglomerates that clogged pumps.
RESULTS:
Agglomerates eliminated with one pass.
AB MIXER:
Model 6 x 3, toothed impeller/liner, 10 HP, 1800 RPM, 1/4" grid. Mounted below 3,000 gallon agitated 35 psig pressure vessel. Suspension blown into Dicon at 20 psig.
