Description
OBJECT:
Produce an oil in water soap emulsion with 1-5 droplet size.
PROBLEM:
A piston homogenizer operating at 2500 psig is used to emulsify oil in water emulsion of 150 gallon batch size. Maintenance of the piston homogenizer is an issue if machine runs dry.
AB MIXER:
Model 3 x 1.5 Dicon in-line disperser.
BENEFIT:
The Dicon recirculating to a 150 gallon tank produces the soap emulsion in 50 minutes at only 7 psig.
