OBJECT:	Off load tanker trucks and rail cars at cement kiln fuel blend storage site.
PROBLEM:	Lumpy mixture agglomerates in tankers – sometimes oversized material never gets pre-processed.
RESULTS:	Fuel blend mixture is homogenized and all lumps are ground to minus 1/8” dia.
AB MIXER:	Model 10 x 6 MEGAGRINDER 60 HP, 1750 RPM - - homogenized slurry is more stable in temporary storage.
EQUIPMENT REPLACED	Diaphragm pump
