Dispersion of:  abrasives, titanium dioxide, flavoring, cleaning agents, active ingredients and gelling agents.

PROBLEM:

Batch mixing equipment leaves 1/8" lumps of dry ingredients.  In-line delumping equipment allows specks to pass through.

RESULTS:

Excellent de-lumping performed continuously at 40 gpm.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5, toothed impeller/liner, 7.5 HP, 360-3600 RPM, 1/16" grid (pilot plant).
Model 6 x 3, toothed impeller/liner, 15 HP, 1800 RPM, 1/16" grid (production facility).
