PROBLEM:

Reduce to 100% minus 20 mesh to enable burning by spraying through nozzles into furnace.

RESULTS:

All but the most difficult materials ground in one pass.  Difficult materials (i.e., dried paint chips) require recirculation.

AB MIXER:

Model 6 x 3 toothed impeller/liner, 30 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/16" grid.  Recirculates to 500 gallon surge tank.
